Easily earns 5 stars in all categories! I have had Campbell Automotive perform service on our Subaru several times over the last two years. Our satisfaction is always the same and Campbell is outstanding! Keith takes the time necessary to discuss service plans, calls to discuss recommended repairs, and will explain and show what was done to the car when it is picked up. I setup service by phone and email, leave the car after hours and the work gets done professionally, on time, every time. We have had brake jobs, emissions service, and other routine service and repairs. Most recently they found our cruise control was not working because of an emission leak. Instead of replacing expensive sensors and valves, a smoke test was performed and it was found the gas tank cap did not seal properly. It took a lot of tenacity to find the correct replacement cap after trying thee different caps. Result - a cruise control that works at minimum expense. Keith Campbell is very professional and really knows what he is doing. I am an engineer by training and before I got older I used to work on all my cars and before that my family's farm trucks and heavy equipment, so I know a good bit about mechanical repairs. Keith is a pleasure to work with and you can have confidence that you are dealing with an honest and competent service shop when you take your vehicle to Campbell Automotive. We will be coming back!
